INGREDIENTS :
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 70 g of brown sugar
- 80 g of chestnut flour
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
PREPARATION :
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. If your oven is new or particularly powerful, adjust to 190°C.
2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate, cut into pieces, in a bain-marie, stirring regularly until you obtain a smooth mixture.
3. Prepare the mold by buttering it carefully. For a unique taste and texture, sprinkle the sides with brown sugar.
4. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the brown sugar until the mixture is very foamy.
5. Add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to the egg-sugar mixture. Mix well.
6. Incorporate the chestnut flour and baking powder, stirring gently until the dough is smooth.
7. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold.
8. Bake for 15 minutes. Monitor cooking according to the specifics of your oven.
9. Leave to cool slightly before unmolding.
