CHIA PUDDING PROTÉINÉ

PROTEIN CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients :


- 30 g of chia seeds
- 200 ml of coconut milk (or rice milk)
- 1 dose of protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or plain)
- Toppings (optional): berries, coconut shavings, etc.

Instructions :

1. In a bowl or container, mix the chia seeds with the coconut milk. Stir well to prevent the seeds from sticking together.


2. Add the protein powder and mix again until combined. 

3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours, or ideally overnight. The chia will absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like texture.

4. Once ready, you can add your toppings for added flavor and crunch.
