Ingredients :
- 3 courgettes
- 1 egg
- 50g grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons of chestnut flour
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation :
1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze to remove excess water.
2. In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, egg, parmesan, chestnut flour, chives and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Form small patties with the mixture and cook them in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.
5. Drain on absorbent paper before serving.
