Sweet potato lasagna: the pleasure, without the inflammation

Today, I want to share with you a sweet potato lasagna recipe that will make you melt with pleasure! It's a comforting, healthy dish that's so delicious you won't be able to live without it.

Why sweet potatoes?

Sweet potatoes are a great ingredient for lasagna. They provide a melting and creamy texture, while being rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Unlike traditional pastas, they are also gluten-free, making them a great choice for those following a gluten-free diet.

Additionally, sweet potatoes are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. They contain many antioxidants that help reduce inflammation in the body. It is therefore an ideal dish for those who suffer from health problems linked to inflammation, such as autoimmune diseases or digestive disorders.
