- 30 g dark chocolate (70% or more), cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
Instructions :
- Add the milk, whey protein, red fruits, and dark chocolate pieces to a blender.
- Mix until you obtain a smooth texture with chocolate chips.
