MY FAVORITE SMOOTHIE: Dark Chocolate & Red Fruits

Calories : ~350-400 kcal

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup whole milk (or semi-skimmed)
  • 1 dose of whey protein (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 30 g dark chocolate (70% or more), cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)

Instructions :

  1. Add the milk, whey protein, red fruits, and dark chocolate pieces to a blender.
  2. Mix until you obtain a smooth texture with chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for a smoothie rich in protein, chocolate and red fruits!
