Ingredients :

  • 1 cup whole milk (or semi-skimmed)
  • 1 dose of whey protein (vanilla or neutral flavor)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 green apple (cut into pieces, seedless)
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 lime (with skin, cut into pieces)

Instructions :

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender: milk, whey protein, avocado, green apple, cucumber, and lime pieces.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
