My seven-day anti-inflammatory menu, free

Your belly bloats after lunch. You feel tired all the time, even after a decent night. You crave sugar around 5 pm. You eat better than you used to, and still something feels off.

The problem

The problem is not you

Behind these signs, there is very often low-grade inflammation, quiet, settled in for years. No miracle food will fix that. What works is removing what keeps it going.

I have put together seven days of anti-inflammatory meals. These are the foods I recommend to the women and men I work with, and the ones I have eaten myself for almost ten years. Whole foods and good fats. There is nothing else on the plate, and it is more than enough.

What the PDF contains

  1. 01

    The week, day by day

Breakfast, lunch and dinner for each of the seven days. A mushroom and spinach omelette, roast chicken with buttered spinach, fish with steamed vegetables, bolognese over roasted butternut squash.

  2. 02

    The recipes

Homemade chicken rillettes, skyr chia pudding made the night before, whipped protein coffee, a yogurt Caesar dressing, a honey and cider vinegar dressing. Short recipes, built to last the week.

  3. 03

    The shopping list

Everything you need to buy for the seven days, on one page. You shop once and you are ready.

  4. 04

    A free restaurant meal

One meal of the week can be eaten out, freely. The menu tells you what to order so you can enjoy it without thinking twice.

In the kitchen

Cook once, eat twice

You will see leftovers from one day come back the next. I cook in big batches and keep the leftovers, or I would never get through the week. Sweet potato, rice and potatoes are cooked ahead and cooled. That limits the rise in blood sugar and feeds the gut microbiota the right way.
